K. Nicole, 30, is a businesswoman who is passionate and committed to helping others be successful in life. Born and raised in Greenville, SC, currently residing in Charlotte, NC. K. Nicole was raised by a single mother, Gwendolyn Meredith Thompson, on the south side of town in District 25, where she immediately realized, she did not want her current struggle to be the "same struggle in the future.

K. Nicole decided she would be the leader her family needed to break the Generational Curse over their family for future generations to come.

K Nicole graduated from Greenville Senior High School in 2001 and attended Greenville Technical College where she was unsuccessful in obtaining her degree as a Registered Nurse, but that only made her stronger when faced with adversities. In her spiritual walk, God revealed to her at the age of 25 her Life Purpose was to teach & train others How to Be Successful. With determination, hard work and a will to succeed, she began in the industry in January 2013 and was blessed to be able to walk away from Corporate America by month 4 of starting this business.

Nicole's life journey has taught her to take advantage of an opportunity when in your possession. Prior to starting K Nicole Online, she worked most of her career (12 years) in the customer service industry with two years dedicated to healthcare in Geriatrics. After being turned down time and time again from multiple management positions, for not obtaining a college degree, she decided right away "I must find a Plan B to provide for my family or I will be here in the same place I've been for the past 12 years".
